New Entry on My Top 10 Burger List

This one we literally stumbled upon- you've probably already been there a million times, but my M.O. seems to be late to the party on most trends. Se la vi. Anyhow I'm talking about The Counter over at the Shops at Legacy.

Forget about it- never have I had as much fun DESIGNING my burger as eating it. Actually, except for Fuddruckers -kind of- have I ever really had that much selection from some serious toppings and cheeses. Holy Hannah- it was just tremendous. Check it out. And perhaps I'll share more of the top ten in the future...

For the record, I had:

1/3 lb. Beef patty

Bleu cheese/blend

Sprouts

Field Greens

Hard Boiled Eggs

Regular Hamburger Bun

Garlic Aioli on the side

H to the izzo, it was indeed as good as it sounds.

It's the Gift that Keeps on Giving

The office I work in is pretty open and spread out, with smooth concrete floors. So many of my coworkers have adopted Razor Scooters as a means of getting from point A to point B in and around the office. I've dabbled myself a bit and discovered a desire to scoot beyond the walls of the Pursuant Group. Being that my birthday is close on the calendar, my wife stepped up and bought me this thoughtful gift as shown in this video. Growing up is overrated.

Quien es "Munoz?"

I'll come clean- Pedro Munoz is simply something of a handle I've adopted, clearly from viewing my profile picture, I lack any sort of Latino features as the name suggests. (I'm mostly of Scandinavian descent).
So how did this name come about? Well, about 7 years ago, I decided to start an email account with Yahoo...all my clever ideas for an awesome name were taken. So the hamster wheel up in my head started to squeak with thinking...let's see, I went by 'Pedro' on that missions trip to Mexico...and I also still carry a flame for the miraculous '91 World Series win by my beloved Minnesota Twins...
And then it happened. PEDRO MUNOZ!!! A somewhat obscure utility/OF/type player for the Twinkies back during the early nineties.
Again, that was probably 7 years ago, and I think I'll keep it rolling unless the true Munoz comes after me for sullying his glorious name and persona. Until then, I meander on.
